RESTAURANT LA BROCHE, IN GENEVA, IS A LIVELY & CHIC BISTRO nestled in the historical building of « L’Arquebuse ». A private terrace is open in the summer season.

Farmhouse baby chicken
and leg of Lamb are roasted on the spit before your eyes. Beef Sirloin on the grill is also proposed. They all come together with a wide choice of sauces and garnishes for you to choose from.  

The menu also includes a vegetarian offer, as well as gourmet salads, a daily special, farmhouse cheeses and the fabulous homemade desserts.

The wine list
is elaborated and signed by Eric Duret, awarded Best Sommelier of Europe.

Fresh ingredients, warm welcome and attentive service
are the pillars of the House.

LA BROCHE IS A UNIQUE SETTING FOR YOUR RECEPTIONS

The restaurant privatized: up to 150 persons sitting and 250 persons standing (cocktail or an after dinner with dance)

The Private Terrace: up to 120 persons sitting and 180 standing

“The Salle des Rois” of the Arquebuse, listed: up to 250 persons sitting and 400 standing (*availability and rent are to be discussed with the Arquebuse Foundation)
 

“The Combourgeoisie” Room: up to 40 persons sitting and 60 standing (100 with The Foyer)
All these venues can be connected to each other:  up to 500 persons seating and 1’000 standing

 

LA BROCHE IS A WINE BAR that welcomes you every day (except on Sunday), from 6 :00PM, in a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with a soft jazz musical background.

A dozen of wines served by the glass, are selected by Eric Duret, awarded Best Sommelier of Europe.
A choice of cold snacks is available until midnight .

 

TAKE AWAY AT LA BROCHE

• All items featured on the restaurant’s menu: salads, meat and poultry, sauces garnishes, desserts

• Any special order: entrées, terrines, gourmet salads, cold fishes, cold or roasted or braised meats and poultry, sauces, garnishes, gratins, birthday cakes, cookies, “pièce montées” for weddings. Just ask Philippe Berzane, Executive Chef, whose past experience with premier Hotels and renowned caterers is a guarantee of absolute quality.

• The extra virgin Olive Oil from the  domain of  Princess “Marina Colonna”, especially and directly imported by La Broche from Italy (Molise region)
